Inviting team members
Add teammates to your OverSkill account so multiple people can build the same apps.
OverSkill apps can be built by a single person, but a lot of teams want multiple people building together. Here's how to share access.
What teammates can do
Once invited, teammates can:
- See every app in your workspace
- Edit and publish apps (depending on their role)
- Connect integrations for the team
- See the credit balance and use shared credits
They cannot:
- Manage billing (unless they're an owner)
- Delete the workspace
- Change ownership
How to invite someone
Go to Account → Team → Invite member. Enter their email and pick a role:
- Owner — full access including billing
- Admin — full access except billing
- Editor — can build and edit apps but can't invite others or change settings
- Viewer — can see apps and stats but can't edit
They get an email invitation. When they click it, they sign in (or sign up if they're new to OverSkill), and they're in your workspace.
When teammates use credits
Credits live at the workspace level, not the user level. So if Sarah uses 100 credits and Mike uses 50, your total balance goes down by 150.
Everyone sees the same balance in the editor.
Multiple workspaces
You can be in multiple workspaces — one for your day job, one for your side projects, one for a client. Switch between them via the workspace selector in the top-left corner.
Each workspace has its own:
- Apps
- Credit balance
- Billing
- Team
They're completely separate.
Removing someone
Go to Account → Team, click the person's name, click Remove. They lose access immediately. Their work stays.
