Keyway puts every call on one live dispatch board: job type (lockout, rekey, install, safe, auto key), urgency, customer and address, assigned tech and van, ETA, and status from New through Dispatched, On Site, and Done, with an alert the moment a 24/7 emergency has no tech assigned. Fast phone-intake captures vehicle year/make/model for auto keys or lock brand and keyway for property work, then each job carries its own record: work performed, parts pulled from van stock, pinning and key-code notes, before-and-after photos, and a signed completion. An on-call rota shows who is covering tonight and each tech's certifications, per-van inventory flags low key blanks, cylinders, and transponder chips before a truck rolls short, a searchable key-and-lock registry remembers what is installed at every address so a repeat call is instantly informed, and job-linked invoices track after-hours surcharges and what is still unpaid.
