Language Pairs shows the depth of bench per pair against demand, which is how an agency learns it is one illness away from failing a client. Booth Equipment books transmitters, receivers and consoles against assignments so a confirmed job never arrives without hardware. Glossaries & Terminology keeps per-client term bases, because consistency across a multi-day congress is the deliverable. The Client Portal gives an organisation its bookings, invoices and spend by language; Compliance tracks accreditation expiry, confidentiality agreements and the rest-time rules that simultaneous work legally requires; and Invoicing reconciles assignment lines, interpreter fees and client rate into margin.
