Generating images for your app

Logos, illustrations, product photos, hero images — the AI can generate them for you.

Need a logo? A hero photo? An illustration? The AI can generate images on demand — no Photoshop, no stock photo subscription.

What you can generate

  • Logos — for your app brand
  • Hero photos — for landing pages and marketing
  • Illustrations — for empty states, onboarding screens
  • Product photos — generated mockups when you don't have real ones yet
  • Icons — when you need something custom

How to ask

In chat, describe what you want:

Generate a logo for my app. It's called Petals — a flower delivery service. Soft, modern, friendly.

Make a hero image for the homepage. Show a person working at a sunny kitchen table with a laptop, plants, and a coffee.

Create an illustration for the empty state when there are no orders yet — minimalist line art, friendly.

The AI generates the image, uploads it, and places it wherever it makes sense.

Iterating on a generated image

If the first attempt isn't quite right:

Regenerate the hero image — make it more colorful and add some plants.

Use the same logo but in white for the dark mode version.

Try a different style — make it look more hand-drawn.

Uploading your own images instead

Have a logo or photos already? Just say so:

Use this image as the hero photo: [paste a URL]

Or drag the image into the chat and tell it where to put it.

Generating images uses credits — typically 50–150 per image depending on the size and complexity. The AI gives you a heads-up before generating large images.

Uploaded images don't use credits.

A note on style

For the most consistent results, describe both the subject (a coffee mug on a wooden table) AND the style (photography, warm light, shallow depth of field). Vague prompts get vague images.

Plan mode vs build mode

Two ways to work with the AI. One thinks first; one builds first. Use the right tool for the moment.
