If your generated app's audio features stop working — text-to-speech, voice playback, sound effects, or music — while AI chat and image generation still work normally, this is almost always a temporary platform issue on our side, not a problem with your app.

Audio runs through a separate, dedicated service than chat and images, so it can have a brief outage on its own. Your app code is fine.
What to do
- Wait a few minutes and retry. These incidents are typically resolved quickly on our end.
- Hard-refresh the app (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+R) and try again.
- If it persists for more than ~15 minutes, contact support and mention:
audio features down, but chat/image still working.
That phrase tells us exactly where to look and gets it fixed fast.
Will this affect my published app or custom domain?
No. App page loads, custom domains, AI chat, and image generation are all unaffected. Only the audio features are temporarily impacted, and they come back automatically once the platform service is restored.
You don't need to rebuild or redeploy
Don't regenerate or redeploy your app to fix this — it won't help and it isn't necessary. The fix is on our infrastructure, and your audio features will work again automatically once it's restored.
